I don't have much to say.
Except that I have a thesis project proposal due in a week.
And a thesis project proposal presentation due in a week.
And I start work tomorrow.
And students come back the day after I present my project proposal.
And I might have a nervous breakdown.
That's about it.
It doesn't have a lot of trees, animals, or any big lakes, but it does have its perks. Sunshine every day and a daily forecast of warm or hot. This has two benefits. One, getting dressed is a snap. Two, every day is sandal day! Arizona isn't perfect, but it is where we are currently calling home. We are just two youngsters from the Midwest, trying to survive in the desert. And this is our story.

Thanks Lacie! It is slow-going, but I'm making definite progress. Not really a new job, just new students. :) I teach third grade. Although a new batch of kiddos each year is kind of like a new job...
